Orders confirmed Monday through Friday are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding federal holidays). You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once the package has been handed to the carrier.
We ship to addresses in all 50 US states. Delivery to continental US destinations typically takes 3 to 5 business days after the order ships. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer.
When your package ships, we email you the carrier name and tracking number so you can follow the delivery on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and the item. If tracking shows no movement for several days or the carrier marks the package as lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund.
